Kamal Mansharamani
Managing Director and CEO

Kamal Mansharamani is the co-founder of AlmaMate. He is an accomplished leader. In a career spanning more than thirty years he has led several organizations by creating high performance teams and successful businesses

Kamal was the CEO of Birlasoft prior to founding AlmaMate. Kamal led the amazing growth of Birlasoft from a 400 people organization to a 4600 people organization in a short span of seven years. He led the transformation of Birlasoft into a vibrant offshore centric global organization with mature processes and strong governance. During his leadership, Birlasoft grew to be ranked in NASSCOM's list of top twenty Indian software companies. Kamal joined Birlasoft from DCM Technologies where he served as the Chief Operating Officer.

Kamal works very closely with NASSCOM in various IT industry related initiatives. He is on NASSCOM's panel on mentoring the emerging companies. He takes active part in the initiatives on education and is a prominent speaker in various IT industry/Academia forums.

Kamal holds a BTech degree from IIT Delhi and MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.


Sudeep Verma
Director and COO

Sudeep Verma is the co-founder of AlmaMate InfoTech. He is an outstanding technocrat and a business leader. With a career span of over 18 years in IT Industry Sudeep has led many business units and initiatives across globe.

Before founding AlmaMate Sudeep was working as global business unit head of Enterprise Applications in Birlasoft. Being part of the core team he helped in transforming the organization from 450 people to 4600 people. He started Enterprise Application practices (ERP, CRM, ITG) from scratch to take it to the top Enterprise Application service providers. He designed and managed complete IT Automation of the organization.

Sudeep has worked across globe from Asia, America, Europe, Africa and Australia with prestigious customers including Fortune-10 companies. His expertise ranges from ‘Organization Leadership', ‘Delivery Excellence', ‘Business Development', ‘Creating Competency Center of Excellences' and ‘Complete IT Automation'. Sudeep is an ERP Guru and a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Sudeep is a philanthropist and is an expert in creating world class high performing talent force. He is a fun loving person who believes in enjoying the work by creating an atmosphere of learning, sharing, mutual growth and fun.

Sudeep has done his post graduation from Institute of Engineering & Technology Lucknow and has done business leadership program from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad.


Manish Verma
Vice-President

Delivery at AlmaMate. He is responsible for the overall execution of client engagements.

Prior to this, Manish worked at Birlasoft as General Manager – CRM, where he successfully managed high-profile CRM projects. His genuine passion for helping clients become more profitable and efficient through the appropriate use of CRM, Business Process Automation, and Collaboration technologies helped him build a large Siebel CRM Practice of over 300 consultants.

Manish has over 14 yrs of IT experience with more than Eleven years in CRM (Siebel, Baan Front Office, Aurum). He has worked extensively with Technical and CRM engagements of varying sizes and multi-national in nature. He has worked as Senior Manager, Solution Architect, Technical Lead, and Application Specialist on various CRM implementations. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from V.J.T.I Mumbai.

He has a unique pragmatic, informal and ‘hands-on' style of working that helps him to get involved fully even while delegating in order to be closer to the ground.

Besides work, he is a big cricket fan, loves to go for long drives and listening to music in his leisure time.
