Who We Are
AlmaMate has been founded by professionals with vast IT industry experience. The company was founded in October 2008 and it started its operations in January 2009. In the last eighteen months AlmaMate has grown at a very rapid rate. It has acquired a blue chip customer base and is currently operating out of five locations in India including NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai and Jaipur.
AlmaMate is a highly customer centric organization and it takes pride in building strategic long-term relationships with its customers.
What We Do
AlmaMate is focused on bridging the gap between the skills of the graduates produced by the engineering colleges and the requirement of the IT industry. It is working with the engineering colleges to provide IT industry orientation to the students to make them employable. It is also working with the IT industry in supporting its on boarding program for fresh graduate hires.
We also work with the IT industry in providing need based business critical trainings and building the competency levels of the workforce. We provide training on a large technology stack.
AlmaMate plans to expand the employable pool of IT graduates and make them readily deployable in the IT industry. It also plans to engage closely with the IT industry in building the competency levels across all levels and multiple technologies.
